Michael Norcia (Co-Founder)
Mike first "got his hands" on Maine sail fabric in 2020. He had the foresight to see an opportunity with head covers, accessories, and half-set bags made from reclaimed sails & canvas along with remnant sail cloth. With crucial help from his wife, who runs partnering brand STERNLINES, Forewind Golf Products are very close to having a seat at the table with golf's favorite handmade brands.
Justin Joslin (Partner & Creative Director)
Justin is a commercial & documentary cinematographer/photographer who was born, raised and still calls New England home - but travels throughout the US and Worldwide capturing stories. He brings an advanced level of creativity and storytelling to Forewind as he has worked with The GOLF Channel, UFC, NFL Films, Johnnie-O, G/FORE, Saucony and many more. Ryan Dowling (Project Development Manager)
Ryan joins the Forewind team with a genuine passion for golf, a sharp sense for retail strategy, and a commitment to partnerships built on trust and shared vision.At Forewind, he serves as the bridge between our craftsmanship-driven collections and the shops and professionals who bring those pieces to life on the course.
Brendan Zinck (Business & Sales Intern)
Brendan is a sophomore at Merrimack College, studying Business Administration while competing as a D1 golfer. As a Francis Ouimet Scholar and a caddy at Winchester and Salem Country Clubs, he has developed a deep understanding of the golf industry and customer relations.
