Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact us by email at info@sternlines.com and one of our representatives will be happy to guide you through the return and exchange process. We accept returns on an individual basis.

We do not reimburse any additional shipping charges you may incur when returning or exchanging an item. Once your return is received, any refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method. Please follow the steps below to process your return.
